Diamond Mares Cocktail Co is a dry hire mobile bartending service. A dry hire means that we can mix/serve the drinks of your choice and we provide everything except alcohol. We can also help you calculate the amount of alcohol you'll need based on your guest count. An advantage is that you'll save money by sourcing your own alcohol. Another advantage is that you get to KEEP your leftover alcohol! 

We are the best for weddings, engagements, anniversaries, birthday's, reunions, baby showers, holiday parties, corporate events and more! The possibilities are really endless. 

Yes! We can serve mocktails, coffee bars, hydration stations and more! We love mocktail events. There are great non-alcoholic options for parties! 

We are located in Bolivar, New York. We operate within a 30-mile radius. Travel beyond this radius will include an additional travel fee and may require overnight accommodations based on travel time. However, we love to travel so don't let our travel radius discourage you! 

We require a $300 retainer to reserve your event date. Your retainer is non-refundable. The contract balance is due 30 days before your event date and is non-refundable.
